What Methods Of Payment Are Accepted?

Are Items Made Using Genuine Metals/Diamonds? 
Yes and No, we use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium. However some products are metal and use CZ , this will be mentioned in the product description.
All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production.

How Can I Contact Support?
Email us at the contact page below or DM us on Instagram @icesupply.co for all your support and enquiry needs, we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Do You Give Replacements/Refunds?
We give replacements/refunds on items which were broken.
We do not give refunds on custom made to order pieces unless they are broken incorrect.
If you would like to open an item return case, you should contact us by Instagram or email, we will then ask you to send the item(s) to us and once we have received them we will do our investigation into the product and take the suitable action.
(We do not cover the shipping costs of the customer when sending the item(s) back to us.)
We reserve the right to refuse replacing items which we deem suitable and not worthy of replacement.

How Long Is The Shipping Process?
Shipping can take anywhere from 1-40 days depending on the current climate and situation.
We will provide a tracking number for your order within the next few days after your order is received.
